Meet Andrew
Stop Hiding. Start Healing. Live Powerfully.
As men, we’re taught to fix problems. But some battles—like compulsive sexual behaviors, relationship sabotage, or intimacy struggles—can’t be fixed in the traditional sense. They require recovery—a process of learning to see yourself and your patterns in a new light, staying curious, courageous, and connected as you navigate a lifetime of growth and change.
I’m Andrew, and I coach men who are ready to exit the cycle of shame, secrecy, and self-sabotage. My specialization is in helping high-performing men break free from problematic sexual behaviors and intimacy issues that are undermining their relationships and well-being.
I offer a direct, no-excuses, yet deeply compassionate coaching experience. Together, we will dismantle the patterns holding you back and build a new, powerful foundation for your life based on clarity, integrity, and authentic connection.
The goal isn’t just to stop a behavior—it’s to start living a life you don’t need to escape from. Let’s unlock the leader, partner, and man you know you are capable of being.
Problematic Sexual Behavior & Recovery Coaching
I help men break free from secrecy, shame, and unwanted sexual behavior through accountability and authentic connection. Using trauma-informed and attachment-based methods, I guide clients to understand what drives their behavior and build sustainable tools for long-term recovery.
Couples Healing
For couples recovering from betrayal, I work with both partners to restore safety, rebuild trust, and strengthen empathy. Drawing from Carol Juergensen Sheets’ Early Recovery Couples Empathy Model (ERCEM), I help couples establish boundaries, improve communication, and begin moving toward reconnection.
Emotional Awareness & Relational Communication
Many men enter coaching unsure how to identify or express what they feel. I help men build emotional language, find their voice, and communicate in ways that foster understanding and connection—both at home and in everyday life.
How I Help
My own recovery from problematic sexual behavior shaped both my life and my calling. Through years of personal work, accountability, and community, I’ve learned that transformation doesn’t come from quick fixes—it happens when we stop hiding and start connecting. That journey inspired me to create Room to Heal, a trauma-informed recovery residence and coaching community in Charlotte, where I’ve facilitated more than 2,800 hours of group and individual coaching.
As a Christian, my faith informs my understanding of grace, accountability, and redemption. I also recognize that religious trauma is common, and I meet every client where they are—spiritually, emotionally, and relationally. My goal is to help men live with integrity, not shame, and to build lives anchored in connection and hope.
