Learn to Lead Healing Through Action, Connection, and Systems Awareness

This experiential trauma training is designed for therapists, coaches, and mental health professionals who want to go beyond talk therapy and learn how to guide individuals, couples, families, and groups through trauma using action-based, relational interventions.

Participants will join a closed cohort to build safety, trust, and accountability throughout the training journey. You’ll receive hands-on education, structured practice, and a clear framework for facilitating experiential therapy rooted in trauma theory, communication, and systemic awareness.

What You’ll Learn

In this group training, you will:

  • Facilitate experiential therapy with individuals, couples, families, and groups

  • Apply trauma-informed principles through active techniques like role play, sculpting, and guided enactments

  • Strengthen your capacity to lead groups with emotional safety, clarity, and clinical precision

  • Improve case conceptualization from a systemic perspective, recognizing how one person’s trauma impacts the entire relational system

  • Practice clear, attuned communication in clinical scenarios and role-based learning

  • Understand group dynamics and how to hold space for multiple truths and emotional experiences
